Sheriff’s deputies were summoned to a Florida gentleman’s club Tuesday night when a 25-year-old woman stripped naked and asked patrons for tips. Normally that would be business as usual at the exotic club, except that the woman was not employed there.

Transient woman entered club

Natalie Behnke, a 25-year-old transient, allegedly entered the Baby Dolls Club in Clearwater, Fla., Tuesday evening and stripped out of her clothes. She then reportedly asked several customers to give her money.

Woman told she was causing a disturbance

“The manager told her to redress and told her she was causing a disturbance with the other girls,” said Cecilia Barreda, of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.

Became physical with other dancers

Tom Nestor, another spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Office, said Behnke refused to leave when she was asked, and “tried to start a physical altercation with the dancers.”

Appeared to be intoxicated

Deputies were called to the location at 11:48 p.m. When they arrived, the officers found Behnke standing outside the club in the parking lot. She was clad only in her underwear. According to law enforcement reports, she was emotional and appeared to be intoxicated.

Previous arrest record

Behnke, according to the sheriff’s office, has a history of previous arrests. In the past she has been charged with larceny, driving without a license and giving false identification to a law enforcement officer.

Plea of no contest

According to Pinellas County court records, Behnke was charged with disorderly intoxication, a misdemeanor offense. She entered a plea of no contest at a court appearance on Wednesday. She was fined a total of $525.

Common occurrence

A manager at the club told the Huffington Post that the incident was not uncommon in an industry that he has worked in for 19 years. “Stuff like that happens all the time,” the unidentified man said.
